Cleanse and Detox Tea

It’s recommended to brew your tea between 5 to 10 minutes. Basically the longer you steep the stronger you will make the brewed herbal tea. If this is your first time, start with 5-7 minutes only. Everyone’s body is different so find the steep time what best works for you. If you still find that the brew is not strong enough for you, then increase the steep time (but do not exceed 15 minutes)

Before bedtime

Expect a ‘movement’ between 6-12 hours

Formulated for occasional irregularity (constipation)*. It’s not recommended to take it everyday as persistent symptoms (lasting more than 5 days) may require medical attention. Please refer to the Important usage instructions

Stay hydrated but avoid consuming excessive amounts of water during

Avoid processed foods and high fat content during the duration.

Take a high quality probiotic or consume probiotic rich food (yoghurt, fermented veggies etc..) to replenish your guts ‘healthy’ bacteria as Senna can flush them out when you experience a bowel movement

We do not recommend brewing this tea in large amounts. It's best to follow the directions to brew single servings for best results and drinking experience.

Senna is a popular laxative sold over the counter in many forms but in such case please ask your doctor just to be safe.

Sugar and Caffeine free

Yes you can. Just brew and remove the tea as directed (hot brew) Do not add ice (as this will dilute the brew) and do not leave the tea in the brew over a long time (i.e overnight cold steeping).

Energize Tea

Mornings and afternoons or before activities that require an energy boost and mental alertness. Avoid drinking before bedtime.

It’s equivalent to a cup of strong coffee (100-120 mg) all coming from natural sources included in the blend i.e. Guarana, Yerba Mate, and Oolong

Follow the same guidelines of the number of servings of caffeinated beverages you are comfortable and can tolerate throughout the day.

Yes

You can increase the strength by increasing the steep time or leaving the tea bag inside your infuser or cup as you enjoy. Remember that longer steep times will increase the flavour too.

Hot water helps extract the active ingredients’ herbal power. So if you cold steep it you may have to let it steep for a longer period of time than instructed on the package.

Sleep Tea

Just increase the steep time and wring out the teabag at the end to get as much of the active ingredients into your serving.

It’s not recommended to stack other sleep supplements and/or medication unless your physician allows you to do so. So best to run it by your doctor

We only use natural ingredients and as the name ‘Milk Chocolate’ suggests yes there may be a trace amount of dairy since the flavour is based on the real stuff.

Feel Better Tea

You can drink 1-2 cups a day especially if it’s cold/flu season and increase it to 2-3 cups a day if you’re experiencing cold/flu symptoms.

As much as it tastes great cold, we highly recommend that you brew hot to get the full plant effect of the ingredient set, also drinking it warm will give a nice perk up to your day when feeling under the weather.

No it’s made with naturally decaffeinated green tea and all other herbal ingredients are caffeine free
